The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team as part of our financial services business in Dublin.
As part of the global expansion of the Maples Group’s financial services offering, our Dublin office opened its doors in 2006. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Partner closely with sourcing, recruiting, and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop, build and execute sourcing strategy.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns.
- Use your knowledge and market intel to conduct talent mapping research to analyse talent trends and availability and develop effective sourcing strategies to help us scale our business globally.
- Measure conversion rates and effectiveness across the sourcing process, from converting passive candidates to applicants, interview invites, offers, and hires.
- Work with TA and hiring teams to develop new strategies for engaging talent through outbound sourcing, networking events, and referrals while keeping diversity top of mind.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media recruitment campaigns, events, content creation, etc…), by working closely together with our recruiters and marketing teams.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and marketing to prepare for career fairs and networking events, online promotions, and branding.
- Support the TA team with administrative needs related to interview scheduling, candidate/business queries, and reporting.
- Help co-ordinate email marketing campaigns for both internal and external audiences, covering referral and internal mobility programs, and external talent community management.
What You Bring
In addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences:
- You have a genuine interest in recruitment and are passionate about sourcing.
- You have at least 2-4 years’ experience and a proven track record of successfully sourcing for roles across Finance/Accounting, Technology, Compliance, Banking, HR – preferably in a high growth environment.
- You have advanced sourcing skills and experience that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter and encompasses various techniques and social media platforms.
- You are highly organised with the ability to balance workload and manage competing priorities.
- You have superior communication skills that enable you to create compelling candidate narratives and pitch to both internal and external audiences.
- You advocate for diverse talent and help influence equitable hiring decisions that helps teams scale in an inclusive manner.
- You have experience working with email campaigns and CRM tools.
